Please go back to our main page and read the pinned general forum rules BEFORE you register (especially the ones regarding screen names), then come back and read these registration terms and rules from beginning to end. Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by PM or email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, bashing to another member, or otherwise violative of any law. As a thank you to those of you who are returning to us from the prior board, if you register here with the same screen name that you used on IN:COMPLETE prior to its renewal, you will be entitled to a restoration of your post count and any member title previously earned as long as you were an active member (i.e., not IN:SUSPENSE or IN:TROUBLE) as of July 4, 2007. Please PM the administrator to have this information restored. Proof of identity may be required if the e-mail addresses used to register on the prior board and current board do not match.
